The Meeting will include presentations in the following modes.
Oral presentations
A computer (PC Windows and Apple OSX) with a CD drive and USB-ports together with a Beamer will be available. No personal computers will be allowed. All oral presentations should be prepared on a CD or on a USB memory storage device. A technician will be available in the session room one hour before the morning session the day the oral presentation is scheduled. The presenters are urged to contact the technician during this hour at the very latest.
Poster presentations
We prefer the common format for posters (DIN A0 - panel format) . Each poster will be assigned a poster presentation number that will be printed in the Congress program along with the title. The assigned numbers correspond to the poster board, which will be used to display the poster.
