Participants are asked to register individually using the Fax registration form  or the Online registration

Each participant, including accompanying persons, must register separately.

What is covered by the registration fee for full participants?

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Abstract booklet
  • Tea/ coffee breaks and lunch  at the meeting venue
  • Opening reception (also for accompanying persons)
  • Banquette  dinner (also for accompanying persons)

Payment

The registration is complete upon payment.

The payment of the registration fees has to be made in advance
and free of charge to the beneficiary

Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation must be notified in writing to the congress office.
Before January 15, 2009, 75 % of registration fee will be refunded (remittance charge deducted).
There is no refund after this date.

Disclaimer of Liability

Neither the organizing committee nor the AOPT, nor the Paracelsus Medical University will assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages as well as for delays or modifications in the program caused by unforeseen circumstances.

The organizing committee, the AOPT or the Paracelsus Medical University will also not assume indemnities requested by contractors or participants in case of cancellation of the whole congress due to lack of participants or any other reason.

Participants have to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.
